However, small differences between our estimate and your actual bill may occur due to:
- Monthly variations in Fuel & Power Purchase Cost Adjustment (FAC / FPPCA).
- Individual eligibility for subsidies, rebates, or concessions.
- Meter rent, security deposit adjustments, and local surcharges.
- Bi-monthly vs monthly billing cycles.
- Arrears or partial payments from prior periods.
