1. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we verify tariff data against SERC orders quarterly, we make no warranty that the results will match your actual bill. Use the results as an estimate only.
2. No advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, or engineering advice. For binding bill information refer to your DISCOM.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service. Automated scraping at scale is not permitted without prior written consent.
4. Third-party content
We link to external sources (SERC, DISCOM sites, government schemes). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of external content.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElectricBillTool and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
